We first start by vacuuming the floor to remove as much dry dirt, dust, and debris as possible

 A pre-spray solution is applied to the carpet fibers to break down dirt, oils, and stains, making them easier to remove during the cleaning process.  These solutions often contain detergents, surfactants, and sometimes enzymes designed to target specific types of dirt or stains. 

 Spot treating stains on your carpet is a targeted approach to remove specific spots or spills before they set in and become permanent. This is done by specifically treating troubled spots through solutions,  agitation , and dwell time before extracting. 

 The carpet may be lightly agitated with a brush or machine to further loosen embedded dirt that is trapped deep into the fibers allowing better extraction.  Agitation can also lift and separate carpet fibers, helping to restore the carpet’s appearance and fluffiness. 

  A mixture of hot water and a cleaning solution is injected into the carpet under high pressure. The heat helps to dissolve dirt and grease, while the pressure allows the solution to penetrate deeply into the fibers which then extract the mixture along with dirt, allergens, and stains. This is the most effective way to perform carpet and upholstery cleaning. 

 Carpet protection involves applying a special treatment to carpets to help repel stains, dirt, and spills. This keeps carpets looking clean longer and makes maintenance easier.  Deodorizing your carpet helps eliminate unpleasant odors, bacteria, or allergens, keeping your home smelling fresh.

We will identify the fabric type to determine the most suitable cleaning method and products.  We then inspect for stains, discoloration, and any areas needing special attention. 

 Next we vacuum the furniture to remove loose dirt, dust, and debris from the surface and crevices. 

 A pre-treatment solution is applied to stains and heavily soiled areas to break down dirt and oils.  The solution is allowed to sit for a few minutes to penetrate and loosen the soil. 

For deeper penetration, the cleaning solution is agitated using brushes or mechanical tools to lift dirt and stains from the fibers. 

There is then hot water mixed with a cleaning solution is injected into the upholstery and then extracted along with dirt, allergens, and contaminants.  

After the cleaning process is complete, the furniture will get the protection re-applied, and deodorized if that fits your particular needs. After carpet and upholstery cleaning it is always recommended to replace the protection as it does get stripped off during the cleaning process.
