A deeper clean for spots and traffic lanes
Dark traffic lanes, stubborn spills, or spots that keep returning can make freshly vacuumed carpet still look dirty. We assess your carpet and problem areas, explain what cleaning can improve, and flag anything that may need additional treatment before you decide.
We inspect the carpet and problem spots, then use pre-treatment, agitation, and truck-mounted hot water extraction to loosen and remove soil. Often called "steam cleaning," hot water extraction rinses the carpet and immediately extracts the water and loosened soil. We confirm your estimate before work begins and review the results with you.
Whether you have wall-to-wall carpet in a single room or throughout your entire home, we will assess the condition of your carpet, explain what to expect, and give you a straightforward, no-pressure estimate before we begin.

Our customers' carpets usually dry within 12 hours. Carpet type, humidity, airflow, temperature, and any additional treatments can affect that timing. Running ceiling fans or your HVAC after we leave helps the carpet dry faster.
Have a spot that keeps coming back? Tell us before we start. Material deeper in the carpet fibers or backing, or underneath the carpet, can work back to the surface as it dries. We will assess the problem and explain whether it may need treatment beyond a standard cleaning. Call for an honest assessment and a free estimate.

Recommended Protection pairs professional deep cleaning with appropriate carpet protector to help resist spills, staining and everyday resoiling. It does not make carpet stain-proof. Standard rooms up to 250 sq ft are $100 at the Recommended tier; our $200 minimum applies.

Our Carpet Cleaning Process
Every appointment follows a consistent sequence: preparation, then extraction with rinse and dry passes, then air movers and aftercare.
- Pre-inspection: We walk through the areas to be cleaned, identify problem spots, and discuss any concerns you have.
- Pre-treatment & agitation: High-traffic areas and visible soiling are pre-treated and worked into the carpet fibers to loosen embedded soil before extraction.
- Hot water extraction with rinse: Our truck-mounted equipment delivers hot water mixed with an all-fiber rinse solution into the carpet and immediately extracts it along with loosened soil and residue. The all-fiber rinse helps neutralize alkalinity and rinse away residue during extraction — reducing the sticky residue that causes areas to re-soil faster after cleaning.
- Dry strokes during extraction: After each wet pass, we follow with passes without releasing more water to extract as much moisture as possible before moving to the next area.
- Air movers after cleaning: Once an area is cleaned, we set up air movers to circulate air across the carpet and support drying.
- Post-inspection: We review the results with you and address any remaining concerns before we leave.
