Yes, we specialize in removing pet stains and odors from your carpets using eco-friendly and safe cleaning solutions. However, stain removal cannot be guaranteed  depending on what the stain is from, and how long its been there. Pet odors get an enzyme treatment that kills the odor at the source that continues acting for up to 72 hours eliminating any smell while the carpet dries. 

Most manufacturers recommend cleaning carpets every 6 to 12 months, depending on how much they are used. For areas with heavy traffic, you may need to clean them more often. Some stain resist warranties also require regular professional cleanings. 

It's not necessary to be home, but it's recommended that someone is there to let the technician in and discuss any specific needs.

If you spill something on your carpet, you should act quickly to blot it with a dry, white, absorbent cloth or paper towel. Avoid scrubbing the area, and test any spot removal agent in an inconspicuous area first to make sure it won't damage the carpet fibers or dye. Then, apply a small amount of the solution to the cloth and work it in gently, starting from the edges of the spill and working your way in.
 

We do not move furniture. We recommend moving any furniture before our arrival your carpet cleaning. One of many reasons for this is basic liability, we do not want to be responsible for breaking any of your valuables/electronics in your home that are precious to you. The main reason do not move furniture is to properly ensure the whole cleaning process is done correctly, without skipping any steps involved. 

This is an indication that the carpet is loose and needs to be re-stretched. The heat from the clean will cause the carpet to bubble more, although when the carpet dries, it will go back to how the carpet looked before the clean. 

 Yes, we offer carpet cleaning services for both residential homes and commercial establishments. 

 To prepare for carpet cleaning, please remove any fragile items and small furniture from the area. Vacuuming the carpet beforehand is also helpful but not necessary. 

 The time required depends on the size of the area and the level of cleaning needed. Typically, it takes about 10-25 minutes per room.
