We assess the condition, explain what treatment may achieve and confirm the scope and price before proceeding.
The complimentary UV pet-spot inspection is available during a paid carpet-cleaning appointment meeting the $200 minimum service charge. The inspection is the bonus; specialized pet treatment is not automatically free. Treatment is quoted by condition when needed. Existing Full Treatment inclusions remain as quoted. One inspection offer per appointment, no cash value. Published savings remain available under their existing terms; other promotional bonuses are not combined. Complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.
Thorough care, from inspection to final check
We inspect the carpet and your concerns, choose appropriate pre-treatment and spot care, agitate to loosen soil, then extract and rinse with truck-mounted equipment. Dry strokes remove extra moisture; air movers support drying where appropriate. We review the results and care instructions with you.

Essential cleaning is $75 per standard carpet room up to 250 sq ft, with a $200 minimum service charge. Pet treatment depends on condition and the extent of the affected area; ask for a written estimate.

Questions before you book
Does UV find every urine spot?
No. UV is one inspection aid. Some contamination may not fluoresce and other substances may fluoresce. We also consider condition, odor and the history you share.
Is treatment free?
No. Inspection is complimentary with qualifying paid carpet cleaning. Any additional treatment and charges are explained before work.
Will the odor disappear completely?
Complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on age, severity, depth and damage.
What if urine reached the pad or subfloor?
Surface cleaning alone may not address deeper contamination. We explain the limitations and appropriate next steps after assessment.
How long will drying take?
Carpets usually dry within 12 hours. Carpet type, humidity, airflow, temperature and treatments affect timing. Follow your technician’s care instructions.
Do you move furniture?
We assess what can be moved safely. Clear small items and discuss large, heavy, fragile or loaded furniture when requesting your estimate.
